Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Manila, Philippines

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

  • Conceptualize, create and execute a social media strategy
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram

Website Management and Analytics

  • Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
  • Arrange webinars and webcasts as required by the business

Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Work on printed material to supplement and support online products

Digital Media and Content Specialist

Location: Manila, Philippines

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
  • Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviours
  • Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text
  • Edit content produced by other members of the team
  • Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the Counselling and Sales Teams  to create innovative content ideas
  • Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

Events Management Associate

Location: Manila, Philippines

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Conceptualization

  • Ideate and create new events opportunities for DreamBig inline with the vision of our company
  • Managing the financial model of the events that have been conceptualized and ensuring strong growth trajectory starting from “Proof-of-concept” phase.
  • Building high-quality experiences for the events so that our customer base continues to grow

Marketing

  • Establish strong relationships across client-facing teams and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities
  • Provide active support for the frontline team with social media planning and campaigns
  • Digital media and social media strategy and activation for events

Sales-Focused and Successful Execution

  • Developing a strategic sales initiative for client acquisition
  • Work closely with other AddedSport consultants in various geographies to provide support for client requirements
  • To coordinate with partners / vendors to ensure all dependencies to or from AddedSport are being met
  • Logistics implementation and support throughout the event

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and project management skills:

  • A minimum of one (1) year’s work experience
  • A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university (Philippines, Singapore, UK, USA or Australia)
  • Athletic approach – should have played a sport (or a multitude of them) for his/her high school, university or at a highly competitive level
  • Exceptional communication skills – writing, interviewing and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Almost a superhuman attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude – from conceptualization to completion of the event
